I always found Dr Jacobs to be professional in all my dealings with him. He explained clearly the procedure that I needed and answered the questions I asked. The operation was delayed due to Covid but I was moved to New Hall hospital and kept informed. The operation was highly successful and despite being warned that I might experience some pain my recovery was largely pain free. I would highly recommend him to my friends and indeed have done so to other Basketball players who need a similar operation.

I am always seen promptly. From the start of my treatment everything has been explained fully and clearly. Have had full confidence in Mr Jacobs from the beginning.

Mr Jacobs was friendly, caring and understanding from day 1. He listened to my military background and my worries.
Mr Jacobs took the time to show me research, give me a full understanding of the surgey he was going to do for me.
All the way through he answered my questions including the aftercare.
I am very grateful i met Mr Jacobs and he carried out the Surgery, he went above and beyond just carrying out the surgery and I'm very grateful
The military should seek advice more from people like Mr Jacobs

Mr Jacobs is professional whilst maintaining a great, personal approach. He understands why it’s so important to be able to what you love and does what he can to make that happen. Even during these strange times he has stayed true to his profession and continues to help. I might not have had the most interesting or complex requirements but he demonstrated behaviour that said it was to him.

I was very happy with the care and expertise I received from Mr Jacobs and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
His manner and clinical knowledge immediately put me at ease and I was very pleased with the post operative outcome.
